IdeaShare is a projection application operated by iSoftStone Information Technology (Group) Co., Ltd. and its affiliates (hereinafter referred to as "iSoftStone"). We will provide you with the services described below through IdeaShare. To fulfill our contractual obligations, we will process information required for providing the services as described below when you use them. If you do not provide the related information, your use of the services in this app will be affected.

When you start IdeaShare, it will read the time zone and system language of the operating system of your device to determine the language of the app UI and the services supported.
1.1 Connection
When you enter the projection code to connect your device to an endpoint, we will obtain your IP address and WLAN information (Wi-Fi status and Wi-Fi parameters, such as Wi-Fi SSID). We will also obtain your host name/device name and transmit it to the endpoint through an encrypted network channel for projection screen display and management.
1.2 Projection
After the Service is connected to the endpoint, when you touch Share Screen, we will collect the screen image and sound of your device and transmit them to the endpoint through an encrypted channel for display and playback.
The App does not store or upload any of the aforementioned data to any server.
1.3 Log Collection
While in use, the App will record run logs, which are used to locate faults. The App will not collect logs of other apps on your device without your authorization.
All logs will be properly stored on your device, and you can share them to the parties you select using the log function in the settings of the App.
2 Required Permissions
When you use the services of IdeaShare, we may need you to enable the location, microphone, and local network permissions for the following purposes:
Location: This permission is required for you to use the network information prompt service. If you do not enable this permission, IdeaShare will not be able to obtain network information or display the name of the currently connected network on the home screen. The location permission is used only to obtain network information and does not collect any actual location data.
Microphone: This permission is required for you to use the ultrasonic discovery and projection service. If you do not enable this permission, IdeaShare will not be able to obtain audio data from your device and you will not be able to use the ultrasonic wave to discover the projection code or cast audio.
Local network: This permission is required for you to use the projection and mirror & control service. If you do not enable this permission, IdeaShare will not be able to obtain network information and nearby device information, and the connection service will be unavailable.
Screen recording: This permission is required for you to use the projection service. If you do not enable this permission, IdeaShare will not be able to obtain the device screen image data and you will not be able to use the projection service.
You can manage this App's permissions at any time in Settings > Apps > IdeaShare and disable some or all permissions.
3 Protection of Minors
This app is not intended for use by minors or children. If you are a minor or child, please exit this app. If you are a parent or legal guardian of a minor or child, you should take necessary precautions to prevent their usage of this app.
4 Managing Your Personal Information
We highly respect your concerns regarding personal information, and you are provided with the following data subject rights and options.
4.1 Access Your Information
You may access and obtain a copy of your personal information collected and stored in IdeaShare by navigating to Feedback > Logs > Send Logs.
5 Information Storage Location and Retention Period
The personal information involved in the log collection service is stored only on your device and will be deleted when you uninstall this App. This App does not upload the log information to any server.
